Co-designed communication workshops and strategy.

What to expect

To speak to a more diverse audience, the words, its format and the channels we use matter. But to do this effectively messaging must be shaped by the community an organisation is trying to reach.

Our co-designed communications workshops help facilitate equitable and inclusive discussions, ensuring that everyone contributes to the conversation and the end product – be that a job ad, blog or social media post.

Impact

  • A co-designed communications strategy that your team can integrate throughout your comms approach.
  • Ideas for additional content, blogs and reports.
  • More effective external communications that listen to and learn from the people it’s trying to engage.

Inclusive language audit.

What to expect

A comprehensive review of your external communications to ensure your copy is representative, inclusive and accessible.

We track down the intersecting “ism” of oppression and discrimination across racism, sexism, ableism, classism, ageism, heterosexism and (many others) and offer editorial guidance on how to update your copy.

We also look for ways to make your content more accessible, from type size and fonts to adding captions to videos and image descriptions.

The review would result in a report, outlining a series of suggested changes and updates for your team to implement across its platforms.
